We’ve been using Shapes & Puzzles by Pirate Trio for months and it has yet to be unseated as our favorite first tangrams/pattern block/shape puzzle app. It holds a permanent place of honor in my preschool-taming toolkit and is ALWAYS installed on our iDevices.
